iPhone SE (2016) 16GB  - Silver - Locked AT&T

I love the concept of your company and website. It makes sense from both a cost perspective and an environmental perspective that phones should have a second lease on life. Overall, I was very satisfied with this transaction. This "mint" condition Iphone SE phone was essentially a new phone. There was not a single scratch or blemish anywhere on the phone. The battery condition was 100%. This was indistinguishable from a "new" phone. The only feedback I have for the refurbisher and RefurbLane is as follows: Be careful on the exact submodel you list. The model I purchased was listed as an Iphone SE model A1662 that was locked to AT&T. The model I received was a model A1723 (and unlocked from what I could tell). This could mean different things for different people who need to have access to certain frequency bands which can vary slightly by model. In my case it turned out fine. I am not going to fault anyone for this but I thought it should be mentioned. Overall, you have a 100% satisfied customer. Good job guys!

The phone arrived quickly and in very good condition as listed-- seems to be excellent condition as far as I can tell. I am so grateful for this website. Personally, I use a flip phone and get a ton of mileage out of it. My wife has come to rely on her iphone but we've always preferred second-hand phones from family members to limit the amount of new garbage brought in to the world. It's less about cost and more about using what we already have to limit our ecological impact. In that way, RefurbLane allows us access to a huge number of second-hand phones and in turn we can sleep a little better at night. We will continue to use this site when this phone has its inevitable rendezvous with gravity and the floor.

Hey ya'll. Happy Holiday's! This new (to me) iPhone SE arrived in near perfect condition with an advertised condition of "very good". I appreciate the humility. Due to a time crunch, I chose the very reasonably priced Fed Ex 2 day ship. The whole process with you guys was seamless and the phone arrived in approximately 36hrs. Migrating from my 16G 5S to the AT&T ready 64G SE was so simple. All is functioning really well! I really like having the latest OS capacity with double the speed all while keeping with the 4" phone. I'm so grateful this market exists. Saving awesome technology from going to the landfill is important to me. I'm already telling my friends about you and I will definitely shop with you again when the need arises. Thank you!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Price is reasonable. Device works well. Battery health is at 99%, higher than I anticipated. Customer service is outstanding, they care and they follow up. I will be buying from RefurbLane again in the future.

As advertised. Not a scratch. Battery @ 99% of new. Still testing it. Recovery from iTunes backup was a non-issue. Swapping the SIM chip was easy. Downloading the apps from the AppStore took awhile, but overnight it worked. Setting things backup was a pain be could not be helped. The BIGGEST problem was getting the "sticker off the back of the iPhone", the sticky adhesive was a "pain". No way to save the sticker, glad I took a picture.

First time I’ve ever ordered a used electronic. Everything came in better than expected. Ordered an iPhone SE which came with a plug and wire. Not a single scratch or nick on it. Ordered the wife an Apple Watch 3 and it was mint condition.

My purchase was awesome. For less than $100, I got a completely refurbished phone, charger, and cable. The phone even had the same type of sticker over the screen that needs to be peeled off new phones. Although I can tell it’s not a brand new battery, it still works great and I don’t have to charge it 5 times a day. I’m definitely happy with my purchase and will use RefurbLane again.
