came in VERY GOOD condition and i am in love, basically new fr. but i will say that it is quick to overheat while on the charger, but that may be because i leave it up under the cover or up under the pillow. other than that, no complaints!!!

Performs exactly how I’d expect if I went to the Apple Store and paid full price for a new one. So glad I went to RefurbLane.

Device activation went really well. Device had no scratches or marks. No issues to mention with phone functionality. I rated the overall score 4 stars due to the shipping of the device. The packaging was below expectations. A thin box for phone inside a FedEx envelope. No (zero) padding, no bubble wrap, no foam. RefurbLane specifically tells the customer how to pack an item before shipping and we(the customer) expect the same level when we buy an item. I also rated the shipping prior after receiving. Thank you

the iPhone was blocked due to previous owner still owing money on it, which meant that we were unable to use it with T-Mobile. I reached out for support and was told they could start the return process with a refund. This, along with some other issues makes me worry about trying to buy anything else from here

Took me a while to finally order from RefurbLane and I’m glad I did. Phone came in really good condition looks like new. Has a 100% battery and no cosmetic scratches whatsoever. Saved a couple hundred bucks. The only thing I would say is that the packaging should be better. The phone came in a white small box no padding just secured with a plastic wrap. Was honestly surprised that the phone came in good condition from the looks of the packaging.
