I JUST LOVE THE PHONE. I’ve always been wanting and iphone, and i finally was able to get one, and it was the newest one, and the one im writing this review yay. It came two days faster than the expected date, and i feel like i would’ve died if i had to wait for two more days, so it was great. It came untouched in a really nice and organized package. The battery health came in 100% perfectly and i cant even describe how good the camera is. The phone works completly fine, with no scratches anywhere, brand new. I love backmarcket. My parents ended up buying new phones here for them as well.

So I bought the device I go to forward scared that I chose a fair condition. iPhone but accepted what it would be when it came or what it could be. I’m not really sure why they rated it as fair condition because it looks like a brand new phone. I can’t even tell that there’s flaws. I’ve only ever sold a device to RefurbLane this is my first time purchasing one and I can tell you now this is where I plan to always come and purchase this device. The process was quick, super easy and the device is perfect. Thank you again for saving the day. I appreciate all of you at RefurbLane. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The phone came in great condition was awesome I was so happy no complaints I didn’t get the warranty because I didn’t expect anything, it was a 10/10 product but I took it to work on Friday and I ran it over with the forklift on accident and I broke it it was my fault now I have to buy a new phone

Fast shipping and they kept me informed of the progress. Condition was rated "good" but I'd rate it excellent...not a noticeable blemish on it. I saved about $250 over new and I'll definitely come back when it's time for another "new" one!

Item was in perfect condition. I bought it for my son and he's had zero issues with it. He was thrilled to get such a new and high quality phone for quite a bit less than retail. Thanks RefurbLane! I'll be back.. looking into refurbed PCs now, and you do them too!
