I received a phone locked to AT&T. I was luckily able to get AT&T to unlock it after 3 hours of trying to activate it on the Verizon network over the phone, and then 3 more hours heading to my local Verizon store to try and fail there. While I am ultimately happy with my purchase, I am unhappy with the overall purchase experience and very reluctant to do it again.

I really liked my iPhone XR but needed more room for apps after work said I needed to add some apps to my phone 😬 😒 🙃 Anyway, I opted to upgrade to the iPhone 12 because it has 5G and got like 4 times the storage. This phone has great battery life, the screen doesn’t have noticeable scratches, and it plugs in to charge like a dream! Also, it’s lighter weight than my XR. #Win

The delivery was quick and simple, I didn't have any problems with any of it. The phone is in great condition and I don't have any complaints at all. It does not come with a key to open the SIM card tray however I found out that a 0.5 lead mechanical pencil works to open it as long as you are careful and don't break the lead in the hole. Phone works great and I love it

I think calling the phone refurbished is a bit inaccurate. This seems more like a used phone than one that’s been restored or refurbished. Which is fine with me, I’d rather have a fully functioning used phone with some superficial marks, over one that’s been opened up and had internal pieces changed. With that being said, overall the quality of the phone I received is good, it lines up with the condition marked by the seller (fair condition) and arrived in about 3 days after I ordered. No issues switching sims from my old phone, restoration was easy. Screen and case have a couple of marks and the battery capacity is at 89%. So it drains slightly faster than a new phone but it functions perfectly. I’m happy with the purchase but I can see how it’s a bit of a gamble on the quality of the phone you receive. For me, my experience was good. If I needed another phone I would return here.
