Upgraded from the iPad Pro I bought in early 2020. Since then it had become a serious workhorse for my illustration work, but i was always limited with layers and file size, and was experiencing performance issues. Someone told me about how much file size has increased with M1 (and later) chips and was so happy to find something on RefurbLane!!! I hate tech waste so this was perfect. It showed up in the regular apple box with a charger and everything. I feel so dumb for not having done this sooner! Thank you RefurbLane for allowing us not to have to spend way more money on the brand new stuff--"new to you" is just as good.

The device is fine. My 1-star review is due to deceptive practices around trade-ins. I bought this device in the same check-out flow as a trade-in of my existing iPad Pro (2018) which was estimated to bring $251 in trade-in value. Once received, the refurbisher "adjusted" the offer to $15. Had I know this kind of "adjustment" was possible I would have never bought anything from RefurbLane. I expect a future settlement from a class-action.
