I9500 Galaxy S4 • Locked Verizon

My phone was a great deal! I was just a bit bummed because the color wasn't what was advertised, which was amber brown. I received black. No big deal. I will purchase from RefurbLane again and recommend to friends as well.

My phone arrived in perfect working condition, set up was easy and I'm so much more than satisfied with the phone! However, the charger that came with my phone fell apart the first day. The part you hold with your fingers to insert into the phone kept coming apart and every time i snapped it back together it still did not work but the charging dock is still good and I am able to use the USB cord from my old charger so no big deal. Overall, I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely buy another phone from RefurbLane when the time comes!!!

How to put this. Impressed, disappointed, super impressed, hopeful. The shipping was super fast. The phone looked great. But even after charging it died quickly. I reached out, and customer service was amazing. They had someone ship a new charging cord and not one but two other batteries no charge. Once again, impressive shipping. But both batteries they have sent are completely depleted so I am currently charging one of them and hopeful that all will be well. All in all, I am quite pleased with the service I have received so far and I am confident that they will take care of me even if this particular phone doesn't end up working out.
