You probably could have sold this laptop as good+ condition. It just needed cleaned. There were literally no scratches or dents just black lines that seemed to have transfered from something else. Also the finish appeared sun damaged (it was just dirt!) I just used water and a microfiber and it looks like a brand new laptop. Thanks for the great deal! Maybe clean your products better?

Can't tell it's refurbished from the outside at all. But something I noticed is that for some reason the @ key and the " are swapped for some reason? It's not a deal breaker though because it does everything I need it to while also only being $200 though be careful for this sort of thing if you use it for work or writing a lot of papers

So far, all of the features are working, minus the buttons on top of the touch pad, but I am working to get that resolved. The battery health is great, the performance is perfect for what I want, etc. All worth the price, especially considering it is about a fifth of the original price!

Bought this laptop for younger brother (19) very affordable and offers great performance for this price. Ordered excellent condition and it came exactly as described, barely any small knicks or marks from typical wear, but nothing noticeable at all on the screen or keyboard area. I always buy refurbed from RefurbLane, so this wasn't a surprise to get what I ordered!

Everything seems okay so far since the purchase, had an small issue where the fan sounded like it was buzzing/hissing so I had to open it and found a piece of tape that was touching the fan and had to remove it manually. Other than that it seems fine so far, sometimes slow but thats probably because its 6 years old and I havent optimized that much
