This is my first purchase in RefurbLane. With careful consideration choosing this seller to purchase my tablet, I am thrilled to have a well working refurbished device. my Galaxy Tab S9 Plus came iwith the pen and charger. I've been using the tablet for a while and works like a charm. Thank you!

AMAZING!! This is my first ever Samsung product (I’m a loyal apple user) and it’s the BEST thing ever. The customisation is unbeatable. It works sooooooooo fast. It keeps a charge all day. And keep in mind I got this after using iPads my whole life, and I will NEVER GO BACK. The fact that it comes with a charger brick and cord, and a S pen is such a slap in the face to apple, and I’m here for it. Worth the price and more.

My tablet arrived well packaged and in as advertised condition. Actually it would be difficult to differentiate from new. Out of the box the tablet set up and operated perfectly. Very satisfied with this purchase. I am a repeat customer.

The Galaxy Tab S9 was rated "Fair" however I could not find but one faint scratch on the back of the tablet. I would have rated it much higher than Fair. It also came a few days earlier than expected. I have had it almost a week and am enjoying it with zero complaints. I am very satisfied and will be buying from RefurbLane again in the future as the need arises.

The device that I purchased was categorized under "FAIR" condition so I expected some exterior imperfections, but the exterior was flawless. It took me about 24 hours to notice the screen had a burned in image of some Verizon advertisement. I think it might have been the display model that sat with the demo page up all day long. I can only see it like a watermark when my screen has a white background, so i just changed my preferences to Dark Mode and I can't see the Verizon watermark anymore. Other than that, the device works perfectly! For the discounted rate, I feel like the price was fair as the device still fully performs it's functions as expected and the used condition is minor. I did much research before buying this device and this is the second device I have purchased from RefurbLane at a discounted rate that has worked perfectly. I will continue to purchase recycled technology from RefurbLane.

I was very happy with this when I received it. There was hardly a scratch on it - even though it was in “fair” condition. I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loved it. Everything was easy about purchasing and shipping. This was my first purchase from RefurbLane and I will be purchasing again in a the future.

Excellent tablet, undistinguishable from new. No dents, nicks or scratches. Performs like new, too. Does not come with a file transfer cable unfortunately, but I had a spare.
