Device was delivered fast in immaculate condition. Incredibly well packed. Great price and I feel good about buying a refurbished item. When I say item was immaculate, I mean indistinguishable from a brand new one. I believe I'll be a customer for life. Thanks to the team at RefurbLane.

It would have been better if it was unlocked since I don't have a Verizon account but since I'm not planning to use it for anything but reading books & surfing the internet using my own wifi, it will work just fine. And it was in better than "fair" condition. Thank you!

The ordering process was smooth and thorough. The description matched was I received. I was looking for a tablet as a tool that I could load both off line navigation gps golf course applications, which this particular one has the OS need along with independent/off-line GPS capabilities. Both of these requirements were part of the description along with the the internal memory of 64GB with the ability to up the memory another 128 GB with a microSSD, which I already had one. RefurbLane will definitely be my site when I need to upgrade my smart phone, as there prices are very reasonable, descriptions accurate and delivery fairly prompt.

I was a bit nervous reading previous reviews. Upon opening the package I was greeted to a box for a different device than what I ordered. After opening the box I saw my new device. It looks like it is absolutely brand new. Had a little bit of dirt on it but with a quick alcohol wipe it was like brand new. The only issue is I would mention is the tablet I received was the wifi + Verizon version. No big deal though. I am still able to use it with just wifi.

I forgot how much bloatware a new Samsung product has, but thats not the fault of the seller, thats samsung. the product itself works just fine and I'm not much surprised by the scratches given I got the lowest quality/ cheapest option.

Delivered before estimated time, great quality. Chose the Excellent quality option and it is in Excellent condition: no scratches or wear marks. A factory reset was already done so it was ready to be setup by me. Came with cord (no plug attachment), pin to open SD-card slot. Packaging looked a little rough (unmarked box with wrinkles in the cardboard), but the product inside was in excellent condition.

I wanted a new tablet and was hesitant to buy a renewed device. I had never heard of RefurbLane but the reviews were good and the description of the condition of the tablet was promising. What sold me was the 30 day money back and especially the 1 year warranty. The service was great. The tablet arrived when promised and I checked it out thoroughly. I could not tell that it was a renewed product; it looked and performed brand new. I'm always grateful to find excellent companies and now I'm here looking for a phone. I highly recommend RefurbLane.
