Ordered s9 plus unlocked lillac purple on August 11.....Mr O' crack was the seller....I received the phone on August 13....The way this guy shipped and packaged the phone was above and beyond ... phone was in original box well placed in double bubble wrap.....I broke the seal on the box and removed phone....it even had original samsung sleeve cover.....I ordered mint condition and this phone was absolutely in perfect pristine condition....Not a mark or blemish on it and the glass screen, absolutely perfect....not a single scratch or flaw of any kind.....cosmetically 5/5......battery came charged at 61 percent.....phone truly unlocked SM G965 U 1.....I Put in my tracfone sim in and absolutely no issues no problems......android 10 was already on the phone and I put the July update in without an issue......I used the Samsung smart switch and no problems transferring my content to new phone....The display absolutely fabulous at Whd setting....every aspect of the display works great.......the sound is outstanding as well as headphone use......bluetooth didn't miss a beat....Camera and Video camera outstanding... Selfie camera outstanding.....Phone call quality excellent...no echo or dropped calls.....Wireless was excellent as well.....texting , mms, sms, and Email working great.....keyboard function excellent......battery life at 100 percent at 11 am was still at 30 percent at 10 pm even with WHD setting with brightness at 2/3......also my wireless printing from this phone was too easy with hp smart app....The guy also gave me a brand new fast charger... Not many include that....my charging time from 5 percent to 100 percent is around 50 min... all leds and other indicators work and function perfectly......I had an s9 plus that got the screen cracked so I opted for a new one.....my third day with phone and I hope all stays well.....To me I got a brand new samsung galaxy s9 plus unlocked for a great price......KUDOS to Mr. O'Crack.....The guy gets it right and does it right.....I've never seen a refurbished phone in this kind of condition....Even though its only a short time with the phone, I absolutely give it a solid 5/5 in all aspects and reccomend the seller Mr. O'Crack very much.....I would buy from him and RefurbLane again.....Thanks , Gary.....

The phone was in perfect condition with no flaws at all. It looks and performs just like a brand new Samsung S model should. The battery charges up fully and will last all day and night with 50% charge on it at midnight. The screen had no scratches at all. Virtually brand new, really. I will by my next phone again through RefurbLane.

Holy cow, this was an experience like no other. I was not expecting the phone I purchased to look practically brand spanking new, but that's just what it looks like. The purchase experience was easy--the only difficult part was deciding which phone to purchase of the myriad of choices I had, the shipping and handling amazing (it was free!), and the cable included is in excellent condition! While I do plan on purchasing a different cable/charger that will work with my new Samsung, I cannot say enough about this website. They promise excellence, and that's not an exaggeration. I purchased an item that was rated Good, which means "light scratches on the body that may be visible from more than 20 cm away." This phone was in so much better condition than that. I am very pleased and would absolutely, positively, come back to purchase electronics again at RefurbLane.

I have to say, I was EXTREMELY leery about buying a phone from RefurbLane because...well...the Marketing throughout the website was just so over the top positive. It almost seemed like a joke was being played on you by the thiongs they described or asked. Well, I am happy to say that all of the off-the-wall remarks the company makes are TRUE and SINCERE, at least for me that is. The phone was in excellent shape as advertised as 'very good', and took the gent at the Verizon store about 10 minutes to swap all my files, photos, and phone settings over. Everything works as advertised; everything was fully functional with charger and cord included in a semi-random box as also advertised. So in the final analysis, I am VERY pleased with my purchase and I believe you will be too.

Ordered two different Galaxy S9 Plus phones for wife and self. Got lucky and caught a couple of 'just listed' deals at a great price. Opted for the 'mint' condition. Phones are both perfect, and look new. Batteries show about 96-97% efficiency. Fast shipping, accurate description, great communication. If all RefurbLane's sellers are like the two I purchased from, then you'll be in good hands buying from BM.

The phone was delivered quickly and was in mint condition. After a week or so the charger stopped plugging into the phone all the way. The vendor was very responsive through emails, asked a few questions in case I missed something and then sent me a shipping label for a return. I was very happy with their customer service. Just before I sent it back I took one last look in the charging port and saw some lint jammed in there. The phone worked fine when I received it so the lint must've come from my pocket. After fishing it out, the phone has continued to perform flawlessly. I plan on being a repeat customer when I am ready for an upgrade.

Phone arrived as expected, safely packaged, and in a timely manner. There was no difficulty in setting up the device or using the phone with my carrier. I've been using the phone for over a week with no problems- the battery life is great, screen and body is in perfect condition, and I haven't had any issues with the device processing speed. The phone also came with a charger that's very efficient. Overall great phone and exactly what I needed for a price I was happy with. I've already recommended to all my friends and family.
