Galaxy S8 Active • Unlocked

The description didn't do it justice. The phone was in great condition, it had a couple of scuffs on the edges but other than that it was perfect! Sadly somehow my phone opened up in my bag and the password was entered too many times and was encrypted. I sent the phone back and received a full refund with no complications. I have been so impressed with RefurbLane and just ordered another phone. This is a great company and awesome employees!

Customer service, great, delivery was fast. The phone is clumsier and less sensitive than my old Samsung 7, however seems to be doing better this morning after restart. The lack of physical home button means there is no visual cue for the direction of the phone. Voice and texting not smooth yet. Finger id on back of phone next to camera, i'm smudgng camera and it's awkward to use compared to thumb id on front of old Samsung 7. There is an area on lower left where touch screen is slightly "dead" or less responsive, very annoying that i have to hammer with my finger to get it to respond. Ther touch sensitivity requires harder touch for turning on and off video playback. I didn't pay much for this phone, was looking for video capability and my old phone was overheating all the time. Soon i'm sure I will adjust to the differences and become more patient with this phone, and next time I get a phone I'll spend more time considering a newer one w payment plan if needed.

Product had a few discrepancies with listed condition of the phone but after contacting Cellular Professor they have been more than accommodating with making things right and assuring my ultimate satisfaction with my purchase. Everyone always gripes about the possibility of getting a "dud" or being sold something with hidden issues when buying a refurbished phone. I guess you could say that I would be considered to have been in the category of buying something not as listed but the real main thing that I cannot stress enough is how the vendor conducts themselves once made aware of an issue. Cellular professor have been utmost professionals in their response time, empathy for the customer, and dedication to their service and ultimately the image they want to portray as vendors. I can not reccomend them enough as my experience was overall very positive despite a discrepancy. Their handling of the situation made them look better in my eyes than if I would have gotten the product with mo issues at all. Thank you Cellular Professor.

The phone is awesome. It has no visible scratches anywhere! And the battery amazed me. I didn't have to recharge for 2 days! I upgraded from a galaxy s5 so I am diggin the new features. But the hardware is pretty much perfect so far. Love it!

EXCELLENT!! Thrilled with the ease of ordering, tracking my purchase and the fast delivery! I purchased a fair esthetic condition phone and was shocked to find, in my eyes, a phone that looked next to new. I am a very HAPPY customer!

Ive had this S8active for about 6 months, It is still in perfect condition. RefurbLane shipped to me on time, with charger and cord. I was amazed that it looks so nice and everything works perfect. Now 6 mos later I want a S9, or 10, so Im back to order from RefurbLane because Im still amazed at what I got, I trust them, and according to their prices, they can't be beat!!! Don't miss out, or be skeptical, This place is real.

Product delivery was prompt (despite shutdowns for virus), packed very well, and true to condition although I thought it was better than Good. It came with a usb cable and rapid charger plug.
