Galaxy Note9 • Locked Verizon

I could not be happier with my experience! I was very skeptical and because of that, I was not the most pleasant for the seller to deal with when I mistakenly thought the phone I received was for the wrong carrier. I am embarrassed at how I responded, yet they remained so patient and professional. Turns out they were correct and I was able to easily activate my phone! It was beyond what I expected at such a good price and the customer service went well above and beyond! I have had it several months now and sm thrilled with my Note 9! I will never buy a phone anywhere else again, so since I have 6 phones in the family, there will be many more purchases in the future! Thank you VERY MUCH!!!!

I've had this Note 9 for over a year. The condition was as described and the phone works flawlessly. Thanks for saving me tons of money and allowing me to rescue a few ounces of e-waste. Will be purchasing all my electronics here!

I'm not gonna lie... After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical and nervous to order but I couldn't be more happy with the customer service of this company. The delivery was fast. The condition was perfect. Although, I did return the phone due to a feature I thought the phone had but didn't. Still nothing wrong with the phone. The return was simple and fast. The phone is great except for the sound when speaking on the phone. It is different from my previous Note 4. Sounds different. Not sure if its the phone or just the way it was manufactured to sound. Other than that, it's great for the cost, value is excellent. would buy from your store again. Thanks Ann

First timer. That means this is my very first smart phone. The battery doesn't stay charged as long as my old burner flip phone I bought for $30 a decade ago but that's to be expected. Learning all the cool things I can do with this phone off the web and I feel I will never be up to speed. So in my uneducated opinion I give the whole experience (BlackMarket, the phone, the price, the delivery) five stars out of five - but what do I know. Why did I make the jump to a smart phone? Wanted to get rid of all my 8-track tapes and have my music on my phone sent to one of those Bluetooth wireless speakers.
