I can't say enough about my experience buying from RefurbLane. I wanted a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I can't do without the S-pen or the memory card. The Note 20 Ultra is the last phone to have both features. I was torn between RefurbLane and Swappa. I had never purchased from RefurbLane but the customer reviews helped convince me. They are top notch! The communication is awesome, the shipping is fast with tracking and the device was just as described. My Note 20 Ultra looks brand new and runs flawlessly. I'm so happy with both choices, RefurbLane and the phone I chose.

The phone arrived a day early and was in mint condition! In case anyone's wondering, the battery is also flawless. I can easily go a day without needing a charge.

Be very careful with seeing "locked" or "not-locked" TMobile admits that this phone is not black listed but refuses to unlock it unless the origional owner had the phone on network for 40 days AND personally requests an unlock. So now I am stuck working on a 3rd party unlock solution (a lot of additional money)
