Galaxy Note20 • Unlocked

I had cricket for phone service but unfortunately this phone is not compatible with the cricket network. However, I was able to activate my phone with Verizon Prepaid with zero issues, it took less than 15 minutes to port my number over. The phone came is excellent condition. No scratches on the screen or anywhere on the phone. Speaker on phone works great! I'm glad I saved a few bucks by purchasing a refurbished device. Totally worth it. I feel as if I am the original buyer of the phone. As far as customer service, unmatched. They go above and beyond for you when there is a problem, even if they are the issue. Thank you guys!

Ordered in fair condition, came as expected. A few scratches on the screen but the phone works great! Only issue was the S Pen Bluetooth doesn't work but they offered to send me a new one, found they had none in stock and issues a partial refund for the amount the buy a new one myself. Pretty great customer service

My Note20 came in quickly and setting up was a breeze. It is functioning so well. I am in love with the features on this phone. I've had so many compliments on the quality of the pictures it takes. I really love the stylus and being able to make handwritten notes.

phone is brand new and works great was delivered on time and I have no complaints except it's not the exact phone I wanted. I ordered a note 20 256gb. I received a note 20 128 gb. not that it's much of a problem just a little bummed
