Galaxy Note 4 • Unlocked

My order looked very nice however the performance is horrible. It said it was in very good shape. Immediately after recieving it, it would over heat and cut off after 20 or 30 minutes. Im very displeased and upset as this is the 2nd time this has happened and i cant afford to buy another.

My old Note 4 finally crashed. I find RefurbLane through wired or wirecutter. I am SOOOOOO pleased with the refurbished Note4. I bought st Silver condition and it arrived as described and is working like new. I'll definitely use Backcutter again and referring all my friends and family here too!

It looks good but the battery isnt good at all. I bought a new one just to find that the phone is not working at all.

Wasn't happy at all but they did everything possible to make the situation better for me. Great about communicating with you about any issues you do have

One battery was missing, had a spare battery...other than that phone is good.

Product arrived and won’t charge. Item was said to be Refurbished. Final step in Refurbish is check for operation. Obviously this step was not performed!😡

Overall really good phone, when I first got it the phone reset itself a few times during use have not experienced that issue in a couple days so no worries. The battery will not hold a charge for very long at all which is a little disappointing. The only really big complaint I have is that the phone was dirty when I got to like gunk in the edges speaker and charger holes. With Covid 19 there is a promise of items being cleaned and this promise was not kept. With or without the viris someone else's dirt is gross. If you want a good phone that works at a cheap price definitely buy one from RefurbLane. I really do like my phone.
