I didn't know what to expect, but I'm quite pleased with my galaxy buds plus. There were no problems pairing the buds+ to my phone and connecting to the app to customize the EQ, sound balance, and ambient noise. The case did need charging which is understandable. The sound quality was just how I expected from the reviews I watched of these earphones which was clear and the right amount of bass for me--it's also great at sound cancellation. It came with different sized ear nibs which was a plus because my ears are smaller so it was nice to have a variety to choose from. The buds, case, and nibs were all clean and neatly placed in the package. Really happy with the product and for the price, it's excellent. It also came a day earlier than expected, so yay~

I've been using them for about 2 weeks and they're amazing. Both earbuds work like new, and last up to 8 hours of usage. They also came with different sized cushions which I am greatful for. If I ever need a new pair I know exactly where to get them from.

they were delivered on time and were very clean. these were replacing an old broken pair and at first there was some technical difficulties but after a quick software update they were perfect!! great quality, great price, and great follow through service. not only were they great when they got here but the follow up from RefurbLane to make sure i was satisfied is unlike many sites and is refreshing to be treated as though i am i customer standing in a store.

Headphones came in looking brand new with everything in the box. the finish on the case and headphones looked nice and didnt see any visible damage, the battery life last all day and only takes a few hours to charge, it works well with my S10, and the ambient sound in nice for work when I need to hear my co-workers,

good quality, like new (other than box, but you can't expect a new box while buying a refurbished product) 10/10 would recommend, let's see how it holds up after use for a few months

I literally saved 50 bucks on a hundred dollar product and, as far as I can tell, they're... new? Condition said "good" but that seems to have been an understatement (under promise, over deliver- I like it). Aside from the packaging, they didn't come in the original box, and the little bag it came in was not exactly premium, but it kept everything intact and all the pieces together so I don't really care (and I guess it's technically more eco-conscious?) I may not be an audiophile type but they sound nice, nothing to complain about- especially given what they are and how relatively little they cost. They're comfortable, the battery is fantastic, and overall the only thing more I could ask for would be active noise canceling, but honestly these keep the sound out well enough unless you're somewhere really loud. Took a couple days extra to ship than they said it would but honestly not a big deal to me.

Delivery on time, very high quality product, everything works great! As far as I can tell so far the battery life is operating normally. 10/10 am definitely using this app again for my next device!
