So I ordered the original A71 but got a 5g instead. I'm not complaining it's a good thing but it made me waste thirty-five dallors on a phone case. (I can't return the phone case either and doesn't fit my phone.) Other than that I ordered Excellent condition and got it with a few barely visible scratches. Order the phone before the case. 4.9/5

As always, phone is in excellent condition. You can't tell it's ever been used. I've bought so many phones now from RefurbLane. They are my go to place for phones.

Normally even a used one costs at least $500 right now, so this was definitely the most cost effective option. I am very happy with this product, it is my first phone that is fast, has lots of memory, and relatively new. Would highly recommend to others. Only thing I have to say, it is an AT&T phone, compatible with other carriers though. This is great, although I cannot get rid of the pre-loaded AT&T apps, and sometimes other random apps load onto my phone. Other than that, all is good.

The product is as mentioned. I don’t see any issues for now.
