Phone for girlfriend. Came quickly and activated at local cell provider easily. Have not heard of any complaints from girlfriend. The shipping packaging was great!

The phone works pretty well, with no problems, and actually comes with a temporary screen protector. My old phone screen had black ink blotting out the front of the screen, making it challenging to factory reset it. So, they sent my phone back to me, and I did not get the $15.00 credit for my $1000.00 phone. This is a good place to buy a phone but not a good place to trade in an old phone if it is severely damaged.

The product is always in great condition! I have purchased from RefurbLane many times.

This A12 was absolutely flawless. It even supports my 1tb micro SD card. Something the new S22 ultra does not. As long as Samsung keeps leaving out features, I'll stick with an older model. Goodbye S22 ultra! I don't miss you one bit.
