Product works great. Connects seamlessly to both my PC and Android Phone. Arrived quickly and in near-new condition. Glad that this model is repairable.

I've Never had a pair of noise canceling ear buds before,so it was a little bit weird at first, but along with the app it's extremely simple and I really don't think there is any reason to go Anywhere else. If I wasn't aware that these were renewed,I wouldn't have had any idea they weren't brand new. I'll be bach 😎 Sincerely Steve Miller

My cynicism and doubts were quickly eliminated after receiving my order and assessing the incredible quality of my “refurbished “ item. Upon opening the packaging, it was if I had received a brand new product from Bose itself. I couldn’t distinguish this “very good” earphone from the item I had purchased brand new from Bose years earlier. Syncing and then listening to the quality did nothing to change my initial impression. Add in the price, well worth the delay by Fed Ex in the delivery. I can’t speak for others experience with RefurbLane but this being my first purchase, I am so glad I took the “dive”. Very impressed!

I love these headphones! They look brand new and they sound amazing! The earpieces that came with them were only in sizes large and small, which was kind of a disappointment and I had to order mediums from Bose. But I will buy from this company again, I am very happy with the product and service.
