unpacked and set up in minutes. It looks like new, better than the 'good' condition advertised.

This is the second 5590 I purchased from RefurbLane. Just like the first, this device is perfect in every way. I could not find one scratch, one scuff, not even a piece of dust. I dont know how they do it, but I am gratefull that they can. I highly recommend RefurbLane !!

Though rated as only "Fair" by RefurbLane; upon receiving the laptop, I was a bit surprised that it wasn't rated as at least "Very Good"! Perhaps it is due to the battery not being new (?). I'm exceptionally well pleased with both my purchase AND the outstanding followup customer service I received!!! Alisha was simply outstanding! Well done 👌🏻 Shannon S.

the recent order arrived promptly and in good condition , however it was a Latitude 5590 i5-8250U @ 1.6 GHz , not the Latitude 5590 i5-8350U @ 1.7 GHz listed , it did have a FHD display so that's not a deal breaker i was looking for identical laptops to give to my nephews , its always nice to get what you expect the Regadget folks are not perfect , but they are pretty good

I’m very impressed. The Dell Latitude 5590 I purchased from RefurbLane arrived quickly and is in nicer condition than I expected. Since this is my first PC purchase since XP (Mac user) Im struggling a bit with the OS. The large matt display and incredibly long battery life is letting me get lots of practice. I would suggest RefurbLane to anyone. I am already looking at another purchase.

Works fine. Be aware that when loading LINUX on an old business laptop, you need to kill secure boot, uefi, and enable legacy boot.
