This is our 2nd Gen 1 Alexa we have purchased. Unfortunately, the wrong charger was sent with this one, but the seller has been awesome and very responsive. They are sending the correct charger. They also have a wide variety of other products which we'll be purchasing soon, i.e., desktop computers, televisions, etc. It really makes good fiscal sense to enjoy slightly used, refurbished items, as they have been gone through, carry the same or better warranty than new, and cosmetically are as good as new for so much less . 👍

We ordered a refurbished Alex Gen 1 when I pulled a Homer and left ours outside on the back patio during a thunderstorm. Needless to say, all the rice in China could not save our beloved Alexa. But, Lo and Behold, we were able to get another one, practically brand new no less! All we had to do was contact Amazon to assist in getting us connected with our new device (we have Prime and Unlimited Music). We're so happy with the experience we are ordering another one for the back patio, but this time, it will be under cover and not out in the open. :) Awesome experience and a tremendous value considering Amazon no longer offers the Gen 1 (love the sound!). Thanks again!
