I wish all refurbished items were as great as this Macbook, Listed as Fair/ugly not sure where my Grandson thinks it is great, works well most important part the battery life is amazing. This is my second purchase through RefurbLane and will not be my last This one was replacement purchase as one purchased through WOOT(cannot recommend for electronics) they sold as refurbished and the battery was dead need to be replaced and they gave this a GOOD condition UGH

I love it. The performance is outstanding. The sticker marks are not as bad as I thought.

This Mac was in great condition. Battery lasts a long time and it charges fast. Display was good too, it booted up and runs beautifully, a couple clips and scratches on the outside, but that’s to be expected.

Outstanding. First of all I didn't see any sticker marks, and only a scuff mark on the corner. I'd say the condition was whatever the one is under "Flawless". Works great, etc. Extremely happy with my "Ugly" Computer. I've purchased 1 phone and 1 desktop (Mac) computer from RefurbLane in the past. If you have any doubts about purchasing from RefurbLane, don't! 3 purchases now and no complaints whatsoever.

Exceeded my expectations, MacBook did not have any sticker marks, which was amazing! Battery life was at 80ish percent, which is still fine considering the overall condition. I will look to buy from you guys again in the future!

Surprising how much of a discount they gave for sticker damage. Outside is completely fine. On the inside it looks like there was an intel sticker near the track pad that had been removed so there’s a lighter grey square but doesn’t bother me. 10/10

Delighted with the laptop. Price couldn't be beat. Packaged well, shipped immediately, works like a charm. Got a great deal because it was described as "ugly" due to sticker marks which are barely visible. I'm recommending this site to everyone.

It was fairly easy to set up, but I ran into a couple of hiccups, just me being stupid. The MacBook itself is in great condition, with two tiny sticker marks that are hardly noticeable and a few small scratches. It runs super smoothly and is perfect for my college classes.

The laptop I got wasn’t the same one I ordered, although it seems to be the same year and have the same specs. The reason I know this is because the one I was supposed to get had sticker marks on the lid and that’s why it was discounted. The one I received didn’t have the sticker marks, and I’m not mad about that. I’m happy with my experience.
