The phone came just as described with a few scratches on the screen like I was expecting for a used phone. They were totally invisible when the screen was on. SO worth paying a little less than for a brand new one! The delivery was awesome and came a week before the estimated date! After coming to the S7 after my last Moto E4, I am in HEAVEN! Totally clear microphone, great camera, fast even running the Android 8 update, fast fingerprint recognition, there's a reason people loved this phone when it came out! Totally happy with my purchase- I plan on coming back for future phones!

What an awesome phone (Galaxy S7 with 4/32g, 2016) for a great price. It's looks really good. If there are imperfections - I haven't noticed them yet. Works very well. It arrived quickly. It came in a sturdy little box, appropriately wrapped in a bubblewrap pouch with synthetic-looking popcorn around it. It came with a brand new charging cord. It had no paperwork inside - which is fine with me. The only issues I had were very minor - I didn't know that it was dual network phone, so it powered-on looking for the Verizon network. Wrote, and they got back to me quickly with what to do to get on my GSM network (using a Puretalk sim- sub of the AT&T network). Also, I didn't know *if* it had a new battery- and needed to be programmed via the charge-down-charge-up cycles. I wrote to them. and they got right back to me about it (it had the original battery). They have a very cool/adorable/savvy demeanor to their communications. So-and-so is "Head of customer jubilation" etc. Everything is worded in a way that makes me actually like them. Feels more personal. Sometimes I'm kind of surprised by the casual-coolness of their wording - but - for me - a techie in Silicon Valley - it really works. RefurbLane: don't change that! :) I spent a long time looking for this phone. Read about RefurbLane in an article. Couldn't beat their prices, selection etc. Id love to snag a used Pixel - but now I don't need one. I'll be checking their inventory for other goodies. Thank you so much RefurbLane!

Very happy with my new phone, this was my first time buying a refurbished phone and it will definitely not be my last. My phone was labeled as a "silver", and it was exactly as described. A few small scratches on the back, visible up close but not from great distance. The screen is perfect and no scratches or anything. No dings or major damage of any kind. Really in very good condition and above my expectations. Battery seems very good, everything about the phone was at or above my expectations. The phone itself arrived very quickly, ahead of the estimated time, it came packaged very securely, and came with a micro usb cable as described. *one small note: it does only come with the cable itself, not a wall plug. I did not need one because my outlet has a usb port and I already had a fast charger with adapter as well. But in case you need one, the phones only come with the cable itself, but you can get a fast charging wall adapter on amazon for only a few dollars. I had one minor question for the seller and he responded incredibly fast, so any questions do not hesitate to just ask the seller. Came CDMA unlocked as advertized, took seconds for my carrier to verify it was unlocked and to activate it on my existing plan. Again, in summary, I highly recommend and have been very happy with my purchase. As of this review I have now been actively using the phone for 3 weeks.

I got an exact replacement for the phone I had, and its performance is excellent. No cosmetic flaws visible. All software was up to date. Holds a charge better than the one I had. Ordered one from Amazon the day before I ordered this one and got this one 2 days before the Amazon one, and this phone was $15 less. too good to be true. Hope it continues to perform as well as it has the first week.

After a Thanksgiving Day smartphone/hardwood floor collision, I needed a new inexpensive phone with the quickness. I shopped around and eventually found my way to RefurbLane. This was not a mint phone, they didn't have any at the time. It was my first phone of a lower grade. Updated to Oreo perfectly. Actually, I was concerned about the phone because the home button was worn to the metal. After setting up everything though, it works perfectly in all aspects. The worn button was due to the fact that (it appears) the owner had the screen time-out set to 5 seconds, at least that was the setting when I got it. If so he must have hated this phone. It had been rated as "Good" condition but with one tiny scratch on the back that was covered up when I installed a protective case, I would have called it "Excellent" condition.
