Received the phone and it was packed well, in excellent condition (I would swear it’s brand new)! Came with a USB-C to USB-C cable in box as well. It does everything I need it to do! Thank you Santa Monica Wireless & RefurbLane!

The buying experience was straightforward and the item arrived quickly. Cosmetically it is in great condition. The only slightly disappointing aspect is the battery life. It charges much faster than my Pixel 8a, but depletes quicker too. It needs charging most nights to avoid having to top up during the day. I am not placing heavy demands on the battery so I may look at a fresh battery in the next few months.

What a beautiful phone! Granted I'm going from a Samsung Galaxy S7 to this, but this is leagues better, both in speed, space, and photo quality. It's works like new, and looks practically new too!

I made some judgement calls I wish I had thought over. This phone did not have expandable memory like the Nord N30 and lacks a headphone jack. Most importantly I can definitely tell the batter life is not nearly as good. I think that just comes with buying a used phone. Fast charging options are great to balance the lower battery life.

Everything works well except the volume down button. It's not that big of a deal, and I can work around it, but it still will reduce my rating.
