Phone arrived in pristine condition. It was packed very well in bubble wrap. Super easy to transfer over from my Motorola. This OnePlus 6t works well so far. Charges very quickly. No headphone jack, so I bought headphones that have a C cable. Problem solved. I do wish the icons were bigger, but for the excellent price I will deal with the smaller icons. It's only been a few days, but happy so far.

The device was in pretty good condition, no scratches on the screen or camera lens, charging port seemed to be in good shape, battery life doesn't seem to be lacking and the device activated right away. It had some scratches on the edges and the toggle switch for vibrate/ring on the side seems a bit worn out but it's given me zero issues and I've been using it for a few weeks. Also, I do advanced mobile support for a living so I know what to look for. I'm definitely happy with my purchase!

Came in a day before the estimated delivery date. Phone was better than described condition wise, hardware wise everything was as listed. Powered up immediately and had no issues setting up the phone. Very very few small scuff marks around the edges is all, packaging could have been a little more secure there was only 1 layer of bubble wrap but overall one of the best purchases I've made on here.

The phone is not just incredible for its money - it is just amazing on its own! I got an unlocked 2 yo flagship-level phone for about 250 bucks. Everything is just the top-notch level. The only thing is, I wouldn't say that the visual condition is perfect or mint: there are easily noticeable scratches on the top and bottom edges of the phone. Nothing horrible, but I'd rate this mint as just very good. Another contributing factor is scratches left by dust under the previous owner's case. The last thing is that one of the important pros of the phone was not there, which is the dash charger. The charger cable plastic is a bit cracked. I'll buy a new charger, just in case. But seriously, these are just small quibbles. I got a phone worth about 500-600 dollars for 250, perfectly working, and everything that isn't invisible under the case is completely like new. No single scratch on the screen, no extensive dust under the speakers, no battery depricarion, no nothing. And the phone arrived just in time. I am really amazed, thanks to the seller and to RefurbLane!

This phone really exceeded expectations! I was initially hesitant to buy refurbished, especially since I've been specifically warned against getting refurbished electronics/tech.
