I was wary of buying used, but RefurbLane's guarantees put me at ease and I got this great Nokia phone! For the RefurbLane price it is a great unit, nice camera, and having such a huge screen makes a difference in what you can do with it. There is a lot of hate online about this phone, and it makes sense for the full retail price (it is still available new on the Verizon site for the full MSRP of almost $700). When first getting the phone it takes awhile to disable all the Verizon bloatware and default to Google apps. Also, the power button fingerprint reader is not super sensitive, but again, compared to other sub $200 phones, it is amazing! I also have already gotten some great pictures, though not iPhone or Pixel quality, but very good and much better then new sub $200 phones. In summary, great phone for the sub $200 price, would recomend.

This was by far the best purchase decision I've made in a long time! Exactly what I wanted, if not better. Crystal clear screen/picture, fast processor, holds charge all day and looked brand new when I opened the package..

I've had the phone for 1 day and I'm much happier. I had broken my screen and the deductible vs. payoff was the same to fix it. I said heck it, I'm ready to get outta contracts and got this. I was leaning Moto but soemthing about Nokia...I hadn't had one since they had "faceplates". It feels about the same as the Pixel 6 Pro. It's beautiful and has one minor blemish at the start screen but other than that, everything seems new. All the bells and whistles work thusfar and it made it thru a work shift with about 60% battery left which is about average for me (usually around 50% honestly) OH and it came 2 DAYS EARLY!! I was amazed by that and it literally was the one good thing that pushed me thru into my Monday. Thanks RefurbLane!

Well I dropped it 3 times, once directly on a metal surface. Once directly on concrete bouncing around metal surfaces. Then at least once more but I don't remember because I throw it gently onto soft surfaces but mostly I just place it nicely. It's still not cracked or broken, just a little scratched, and you know what, any scratches on my screen aren't even noticable with the lit screen so... Have a good one. Thank. You. Amen.

Really nice phone for a damn good price! Cosmetic condition is basically "new" which is great. No noticeable scuffs or scratches anywhere that I noticed. My only issue is sometimes the touchscreen isn't immediately responsive. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer 🙃🙂

I ordered this in the condition excellent, but the total condition is best described as used. The screen is in the excellent category, but the body, back and camera show scuffs and scratches visible from 8+ inches.
