Great quality, received it quicker than expected. It arrived in great condition with a charge and ready to go. Charger and USB connecter in box. I purchased this phone for my 6 year old daughter so she could stay off mine. She only uses it for tiktok and games. It was programmed for tmobile, has no sim card. I'm not worried about whether it's actually unlocked or not because it works for what we need it for with just wi-fi. Overall, it's a yes for me. I've definitely recommended already. My friend just bought an iphone for her daughter and I'm about to get a phone for my dad today. 😁

I'm enjoying the improved connectivity and functionality of the LG G7 compared to my old Samsung s5. The condition of Good exceeds my expectations-- only a few minor scratches. Customer service has been very good. I didn't know the LG G7 takes a nano SIM card while my Samsung s5 took a micro SIM. Including this information on your website or explaining this during customer chat would be helpful. My Verizon provider was able to solve the issue efficiently.

JUST AN FYI AS I'M MAKING THIS REVIEW: May 2 2018 was the release of this phone. How ironic I'm posting this today! :D This is pretty great for a 3-year-old phone. Very professionally inspected and revived. I'm a former certified IT technician and I take my tech gear seriously. These guys did a great job. For those that care about cosmetic dings and wear/tear.. I selected a quality grade a believe just under excellent. I'm not really big on the looks of my phone, if it works it works. There's like a mini scratch that I can barely see with the screen off (can't see it at all with the screen on). Again, for a 3 year old phone that's amazing. I've been watching the battery charge for a couple of days since receiving this phone and it holds just like an OTB phone battery so far. That's superb!! I contacted the seller with questions and the response was on point and prompt. I appreciate business like that. Thanks you guys!

Fast forwar After falling for this line at my MetroPCS story in San Rafael CA I rethought and visited a corporate MetroPCS story My sales association said, of my preferred ThinQ phone no sweat, $20 to activate, here it is and it is tested and works. So I'm happy with my phone and add this cautionary story all buyers. This phone, as advertised, will work and just fine. Beware, however, of activting with MetroPCS dealers who might either be ignorant or -the horror, the horror - more interested in selling new products and services than getting this GREAT phone to work.
