It was a nice laptop with modest features, exactly what was needed, at a reasonable price. The condition exceeded the description. This laptop is the second purchase through RefurbLane. The first laptop purchase needed to be returned for an updated version of Windows ( probably my fault setting up) and was handled within just six of days round trip shipping, with constant communication letting me know the status. Based on the customer service and quality of the products, I would not hesitate to purchase anything from RefurbLane in the future.

I really like this machine. It is what is showed online. Like new, perfect condition, Windows 11 Lenovo PC. Only thing I wish RefurbLane would do is make it easy to email them to get answers prior to shipping or ordering. I asked them to confirm that this is a Windows 11 operating system and I never heard from them. I order a PC from them previously and it said it had Windows 11 but when I got it it was not so I had to send it back. I also sent them a question recently and as yet had had no response about if I ever need to load Windows 11 again on this machine can they get me the product key and am still waiting for a response. Other than that I am very happy.

The Laptop came in pristine condition and is 100% functional but for some reason I can only use 5.7 GB of the ram but not the full 8 GB it is there and it shows that is has the full 8 GB Ram but i can only use 5.7 GB of it or it only limits me to 5.7 GB of the Ram from what I've seen in the task manager looking through the performance tab.
