Ipod Touch arrived in essentially new condition and in a timely manner. Charged fully and exhibited a good battery life. I loaded over 50 movies and 300 songs and still had about 4 gb of memory to spare. I have ordered several computers, tablets, and now an ipod from RefurbLane. Every item has been outstanding.

I believe I ordered the excellent version I’m not entirely sure I can’t remember but if it was not the excellent version then it was the next best version. Either way there was very little sign of usage other than a very small white chip mark in the paint on the back. No original box was included. Just bubble wrap along with the correct(lightning) charging cable. Also can’t remember if the wall charging brick was included or not but the correct cable was included. No headphones. Battery works great. Screen was just fine nice and bright and responsive like it should be. Once I got through apples dreadful login process everything was fine. (That has nothing to do with RefurbLane) the actual product was fine and is working fine and looks just fine too other than that small paint spot on the back. Will be ordering from RefurbLane again the future.

I knew what I was getting with these. They were limited on the iOS they can run as updates are no longer supported. That being said for kids who essentially want to save their pictures and iMessage family members, these are fully functional apps and still work with their much newer MacBooks and Apple Watches.

I have wanted an iPod touch since I was eight years old. This one is 10 years old, so it’s a little outdated. I have to download the apps on my iPhone first before I can download them on my iPod because it’s only running iOS 12. It’s not compatible with a lot of modern apps. It’s very light and very thin. I remember always wanting one and I finally got one 10 years later, even after they got discontinued and then became obsolete. However, I have some workarounds that make it a lot more usable. Overall, it’s an old piece of tech and I love it. Would not recommend as an only device, just to complement an iPhone. Great due to a headphone jack even though it has less compatibility with music streaming apps

Product works like new and only one scratch was on case even though it was listed as only in "Fair" condition. Otherwise it looked brand new. Great refurb job, quick shipping, fair price and seller kept me posted on status of order. I'm very pleased.

The device looks and performs like it's brand new. The only issue was uploading the music to the iPod since Apple music has made changes but I was able to figure it out and am enjoying my favorite songs on my iPod now.

This is my first purchase through your company and it was seemless and the APP was easy to use. The iPod touch 6 may have looked excellent but it has a completely chemically exhausted battery that can no longer hold an electrical charge. The moment you pull the plug, the tiny remaining capacity vanishes under the operating system's baseline power demands, causing the voltage to plummet and the device to die immediately. As long as it remains plugged into the charger, it is fine, and thank goodness, because we needed this in a pinch at our restaurant, and the shipping was great and fast, and it remains plugged in to work with our older receiver and speakers in our old building. I really should have given it fewer stars, but we are able to work with it.
