great phone I do love it, but unfortunately it's going obsolete. some apps have stopped working on it, some won't even download on this version of iOS anymore. it's being fazed out of the ecosystem. on the bright side if you're just using it as a phone call, text, browser, a few other things, it's perfect, just don't expect to be using certain things like even the taco Bell app won't work but as a small portable phone and camera is 10/10

Put my old SE thru the dishwasher by accident, came our clean but dead. Looked into a new iPhone and choked. Despite reservations I decided on replacing my old phone, bonus is I get to keep all my old cases and chargers. New/used iPhone SE came promptly, 100% battery life, and had minimal wear and tear on screen. Transferred my SIM from the dead phone to the new phone and back in action! After a few weeks started having trouble with fingerprint sensor, but updated the iOS and now it works great. Used the money I saved to buy a new pair of Rx sunglasses. Could not be happier. Understand that 1st generation iPhone SE is smaller as compared to 2nd generation. It will be difficult to get a cover for it at your local shops; however, it will be super easy and inexpensive to get a cover online. I did. My SE came in the mail very quickly and was super easy to transfer information from my iPhone 6s. After completion, I got a message saying that the battery was bad. I went to the local Apple Store and got a new one installed. I informed the vendor and sent a copy of my receipt of how much the battery cost and was refunded to an agreeable price within 48 hours. I will say that this made my day!!! Five star rating from me for both RefurbLane and UPGRADE SOLUTION!

The phone is in excellent shape, only very minor scratches on the back, which is of no importance since I put a case on it anyway. Battery is excellent, at 90% capacity. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. I bought this phone for vacation because I wanted to be able to take pictures and send them to the cloud. I originally was going to get a iPod touch for this and use my iPhone for calls and such, but for less than the price of an iPod, I could buy an unlocked phone, put my phone chip in it, and leave my bigger (and more expensive!) iPhone XR at home. Nothing of importance on it in case it gets lost or stolen. The only hard part is going back and forth between the two phones! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you!

I love the concept of your company and website. It makes sense from both a cost perspective and an environmental perspective that phones should have a second lease on life. Overall, I was very satisfied with this transaction. This "mint" condition Iphone SE phone was essentially a new phone. There was not a single scratch or blemish anywhere on the phone. The battery condition was 100%. This was indistinguishable from a "new" phone. The only feedback I have for the refurbisher and RefurbLane is as follows: Be careful on the exact submodel you list. The model I purchased was listed as an Iphone SE model A1662 that was locked to AT&T. The model I received was a model A1723 (and unlocked from what I could tell). This could mean different things for different people who need to have access to certain frequency bands which can vary slightly by model. In my case it turned out fine. I am not going to fault anyone for this but I thought it should be mentioned. Overall, you have a 100% satisfied customer. Good job guys!

Review is for phone after seller provided exchange and repair to handle initial issues within warrant period. Excellent phone and service from seller Cellular Professor. Phone arrived quickly and looked much better than expected for stated condition. SE is the oldest iPhone that can run the current iOS and everything runs perfectly on it. The first phone I received had a connectivity issue-cycled between connecting to cellular and "searching" for a signal for random durations. Cellular Professor was very responsive and immediately shipped a replacement. The replacement had a battery that drained quickly though battery health didn't indicate it needed servicing. Cellular Professor replaced at no charge within the 1-yr warranty, again providing responsive service. Highly recommend both the SE and Cellular Professor. Also, RefurbLane definitely provides the best deal on refurbs, such as a standard 1-yr guarantee and free return/repair shipping for phones priced same or less as other resale sites without guarantees or free return/repair shipping as the standard.
