As usual RefurbLane came through with flying colors. I was nervous about getting a phone in anything less than Excellent condition, but this time around, a replacement phone was an unplanned event, so I risked it. Was I pleasantly surprised that you cannot see scratches unless you look closely, and the screen is perfect... I am ecstatic! My Apple Watch now works (reason for the replacement) and I'm receiving iOS updates again on my shiny "newish" phone! I always recommend RefurbLane to my friends, and I will continue to do so! A big "Thank you!" to you guys... you did it again!

I was skeptical but I’m so happy I bought from RefurbLane. I bought this phone in fair condition to use as a work phone and I’m thoroughly satisfied. The phone is in great condition besides a few tiny scratches on the screen (but that’s to be expected). The phone has 0 issues software-wise and the battery health seems good for how old the phone is. I would definitely purchase again. If you are having any doubts, let this be your sign! BTW, RefurbLane, let us post videos for product reviews too!?

I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition. No visible scars or scratches. Phone was new. I had no issue with transferring data from one phone to the other. This is my second phone from RefurbLane. I will continue to use RefurbLane to order phones.

its awesome, I genuinely thought it would come in bad condition due to "fair condition" could mean anything but surprisingly it was nearly to perfection. satisfied with my purchase. totally recommend to anyone who's looking for a budget friendly purchase. RefurbLane is the way to go. everything works on it perfectly good.

i have purchased from RefurbLane before, and have never had an issue, but this time i’m not happy at all. i reached out to the seller and they did get back to me within 24 hours and was friendly. i was offered $18 compensation, exchange but not promised the item will be in stock, or a full refund after return, so i will be returning! i ordered “good” condition, where you should not be able to see imperfections from 8 inches away, but i can see them from 2 feet away. the screen has glue all around it, and the back of the phone looks like it will pop off within a few months. there is glue where they tried sealing the back of the phone, but it looks like the glue did not hold well enough. to me, the condition of the phone is “fair” not good condition which is unfortunate since it is extra for the better condition.
