Ok. I am SO glad I didn’t go to my cell phone company to buy one of these. I was super close to doing so! A friend at work purchased one for $1200!! When I told him how much I paid for mine, he had no response! Ordering process was very user friendly. You can easily filter what you’re looking for in price, size and such. The price was VERY competitive compared to other online companies (I won’t name names). The shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent. Came with a brand new charger as well! The condition of the iPad is immaculate. It literally looks brand new! It works like a champ and I am SO pleased. The first one I ordered was too big for what I needed. This size is perfect for doing weddings, funerals and for preaching and teaching. This is #2 product in my house from RefurbLane.

I absolutely love this iPad Pro! I had a lot of anxiety about buying from this site and that it was refurbished, however it shipped in 2 days and the iPad was in the exact condition described. The shipping packaging was simple but effective. It came with an off brand charger which works fine. I'm very happy with the iPad's performance and the screen is great. It was rated as "good" condition. There are minor flaws on the body and some tiny barely visible scratches in one corner of the screen, as predicted by the rating of "good." The iOS, display, battery, charging capacity, ports, microphone, camera, and all apps are working perfectly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and it arrived exactly as expected. I have enjoyed using it! The money I saved by purchasing this as a refurbished item allowed me to buy additional accessories for this iPad Pro. I'm very happy.

This iPad is AMAZING and I am so happy with my purchase. Despite ordering from the "Good" quality level, there are absolutely no cosmetic imperfections. The iPad came in a nondescript cardboard box with knock-off charger (no Apple-branded items included), but I don't really mind this as everything works/serves its purpose. Shipping was incredibly fast as well. There is really nothing I can complain about here! This was my first order from RefurbLane and I have made another purchase since. I am very pleased with the price point, quality, and ease of use from this site, and I would totally recommend buying from RefurbLane for anyone else looking to buy a refurbished electronic.

I was very surprised when the condition said "fair" and when it arrived, it was practically brand new. Screen wasn't scratched at all, I think the only reason it was marked fair was there was a tiny scuff on the upper edge on the back. Like, you're not even going to see that. Especially when you put it in a protective case like I did. It works perfectly, updated to current firmware and is AMAZING for an artist like me. Paired with the Apple Pen and Procreate, I was very pleased. Thanks RefurbLane! <3

Purchased the fair level for a child, everything seems in line/or better with that. The case is perfect with just a couple light, hairline scratches on the screen. Operationally it is great. Shipping was great as well.

Product looks fantastic and accurate to the grade I bought, very good. It was packaged very nicely and came with a brand new charger. However, the charger was incompatible with my device. They gave me a lightning port instead of a USB-C for the iPad pro 11”. I understand how the mistake happened and they were very nice and quick about sending me a new charger, and even let me keep the old one. It’s not a perfect experience for me because it’s very inconvenient not being able to set up and charge your device right away, but I hugely appreciate the quick fix.

The product shipped super fast and for something in "good" condition I'd say it's EXCELLENT! It's hard for me to imagine why someone would mind a couple of very small scratches on an iPad that will be covered up by a case anyhow. So far everything works exactly as I'd hoped. I don't make a lot of big electronic purchases but I know that next time I will try RefurbLane first.

I'm extremely happy. When I first pulled the iPad out of the box I noticed a small scratch on the screen. But that was the last time I noticed it. I use it literally every day and never notice it. Other than that initial concern it works great. I couldn't be happier with it. I researched for weeks and there was literally no better price on the internet for a device with the specs I needed, plus they give you a free 1-year warranty and the option to buy a 2-year warranty which I did purchase. Will definitely buy from them again.

Never heard of this company before, but I decided to take a chance because Apple wouldn't even look at my broken ipad for under $500 and I was a little desperate since I need it for my work. I'm a freelance artist so I couldn't afford any downtime. Luckily, this shipped pretty fast. So far so good! The ipad is in awesome condition and I'm really glad I took the leap.
