I love my Pixel phone! After suffering through (and often screaming at) my iPhone for several years (my wife loves hers, go figure), I went back to Android with a Pixel. Loved it! Sadly, I lost it while snorkeling in salt water, due to my mistake. The replacement is a Pixel 3a, and it is even better. I just discovered Lens, which lets me point the phone at something (say, a flower) and it tells me about that thing (the type of flower). Or point at a business card and it gets entered into my contacts. Or point at a QR code, or point at maybe a dozen other categories. The 3a is just a bit larger with a great battery life. As before, it took a week or so to get settled into with a new case and tempered glass screen protector, but that was easy to do. The camera is simply outstanding. As a Google device, it plays well with Google Assistant, which I also love in my home. The difference between 3 and 3a was supposed to be a quality issue, and I was worried it would seem cheap, but it is anything but. If I didn't know that the 3 was out there, I would never guess this was second rate in any way. (I still have not seen a 3 up close, so not even sure what could possibly be better.) It was a big step up from the 32 g memory of the Pixel to the 64 g in the 3a. As for RefurbLane, this is my second purchase, and I'm a big fan. I feel very confident using RefurbLane, and so far, both purchases have been easy and top notch. I haven't needed to use the 30 day money back guarantee, nor the 12 month warranty, but I feel they are going to be easy from all my dealings so far with RefurbLane. The arrival time was swift, faster than predicted in both cases. The items were in great shape, and you could barely find evidence it had been used. Both worked flawlessly. What more can I ask. I use Costco and REI and Amazon Prime a lot because of their great return policies, and now I can add RefurbLane to that short list of trusted companies.
