I'd love to keep RefurbLane hidden but it's hard since I keep recommending it to friends and family. This is my second purchase and I couldn't be happier, transparent, nice prices, and funny emails about new deals when I need a new refurbished piece of tech.

So I ordered an excellent condition Samsung Tab S7 Plus. I was super skeptical especially since it is refurbished but I was more than pleasently surprised. The package was very practical and well secured unlike most places where they just toss the item in a box just send it. I open it up and immediately start checking for any dents or scratches, even real minor, nitpicking type of abrasions. Front, back, and even the sides that nobody is really gonna look at.This ended up being spotless it seemed brand new. So time to check it works or if its a dud. I turn it on, get through the opening settings and upload my apps and games. I start playing with around, check out YouTube to test sound and video. I blast the speakers on max and wow am I impressed with the quality of the sound. I went down the hall to the bathroom and I could still hear clear, crisp audio. Basically this has a green light for legitness and I even recommend to my mom to check out this site. Definitely considering coming back for some more tech items. HIGH RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE ON THE FENCE!!

Great deal for the price! We got the device in a couple days, and have already gone through the setup. We didn't realize that the device came without the pen though, which caused an extra run to best buy to be in order. Everything seems to work great though, all and all seems like the perfect device to get me through college.

Fast delivery, product as advertised...come in a generic box with pen, cable and charger. you don't get the original wow factor from unpacking from an original box but the tablet look brand new, no mark of use, work like a charm and cost half of the price....condition was describe as excelent

I purchased this tablet with the full intention of returning it if it did not meet my expectations. I am very happy to report that not only did it meet but it exceeded my expectations! It arrived exactly when they said it would, it came in exactly the condition it said it would (like new) and works very well. I just took this on a week-long, intensive work trip and used it as a notebook/laptop and the battery lasted all day (I charged it every night), the Spen worked very well and I am so happy with this tablet. This was definitely a splurge item and if it didn't do what I wanted, I would absolutely return, but it is amazing and I'm so excited to use it all the time!
