This phone was finally delivered in Kampala, Uganda in East Africa after many days of travel. The juiciest part is that the phones looks premium even when I ordered for a “good” condition, it’s just a good one. God bless.

Great phone, the condition was listed as fair but it's perfect no scratches no way to tell it's refurbished, the phone works great 1week later, no issues at all, this is my 2nd phone from RefurbLane and both phones were great.

Had an expert who is a friend thoroughly examine it and it is basically a new phone. All original parts with exception of the back cover to protect battery. He said it was the most gorgeous phone he has held and examined all 2024 probably. 10 gold stars out of 10.

I'm still setting my S21+ up/getting it set with my new network provider, but so far - SO GOOD! I love how the phone & new charging cable came safely wrapped for shipment! My entire experience in searching for, as well as purchasing, a new device with RefurbLane has been a positive one. I get a strong sense of professionalism from the website, the mobile app, those who refurbish & those who pack to ship. My new phone is even better than I thought it would be in appearance & I have been recommending RefurbLane to EVERYONE as I have been preparing to send the device I'm currently typing on, in for a trade-in reimbursement! THANK YOU TEAM!

Mostly good. I had slight issue with activating it on the Mint service with the physical Sim. I tried two other sim cards with different service providers and the same issue. Luckily, it was able to stay active going the Esim route. Besides that, the phone physical condition is better than fair in my opinion.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I was a little nervous, but I researched RefurbLane and read good things, and I am glad I got this phone. I needed a phone for my 87 year old dad, my carrier gave me a free smart phone for adding a 3rd line (which I really didn't need). Long story short, my dad can't use a smart phone, so I was able to get a flip phone....and with the 3rd line I wanted a phone I know is a good phone (galaxy s21). I also own a Galaxy s21 ultra which I bought brand new for $1400 years ago and it's still working for me.
