Bought this computer for some light video editing. It is an older machine but still very powerful. It has exceeded all expectations in fuction and appearance. Actually has a touchscreen though its description said no. This is my second purchase from RefurbLane but wont be my last. Thanks again.

The keyboard hard and not responding very well. The computer platform is sticky, I don't know why but that surface can keep a lot of bacteria and dust. The space bar is hard, the touchpad works well but the right buttons is hard to hit and not responding. retro light is strange and some buttons are brightness the other ones. Im unfortunately returning it for fully refund after the seller offer me 20% to keep the computer. for me if you know that your computer has that problem you need to inform the customer. we are not dealing with defective devices.

I can’t get past a black screen with the message “no bootable device found”. I needed this computer for my new job starting May 1 and it’s not just useless but it has put my job in jeopardy benow I’m short $460 and am unable to buy a new computer before getting my tefund from you. You don’t provide any support to quickly remedy a tech issue like this one. I will be posting my review on every social media account!
