I've been using a Mac now but I used to have a Windows, I had a Microsoft account on that. I just use the recover feature which set up the computer really fast. Computer is not laggy at all and is in great condition!

So far, everything has been great. The item shipped quickly and arrived right on time. It was packaged securely, and I really appreciated the bubble wrap that kept the product protected. What surprised me—in the best way—is that it came with a keyboard and mouse. I must have missed that detail during my research, because I was literally shopping for those items the night before. Thankfully, I didn’t buy them, since they were already included in the box. Thank you, RefurbLane. I’ll definitely be checking out more products for future purchases.

Excellent value for the price. The OptiPlex 7060 arrived in great condition and was exactly as described. Setup was quick, Windows 11 ran smoothly, and it’s been more than capable for everyday use and cybersecurity labs. I upgraded it with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, and it handles multiple applications, virtual machines, and browsing without any issues. If you’re looking for an affordable PC for work, school, or IT training, I highly recommend it.

It works great. I had to go buy an adapter for my 12 year old monitor and with out any instructions, I was lost. I had a kid get me up and running after windows downloads that took 27 hours. All that said, I am a happy 75 ole man. Thanks for the great service and quick delevery. Got it two days early. Always the best.

Easy setup. I just didn't realize it had a display port, not hdmi, so I had to wait for the correct cable to come. Ran a little slow on startup, but I think that now all the updates are finished it's running smoothly. Very small, love that it fits so comfortably on my desk. The power cable tends to come unplugged easily, just a heads up not to put too much tension on it.

Booted and works as expected. However, the CD drive is disconnected, along with the peripheral ports being slightly damaged but expected.

honestly, it’s a great pc overall. it runs fast, a wonderful amount of hard drive storage, and it looks brand new (it looks better in real life imo). they also sent me an optiplex 990 instead of the 980? although i have no complaints since it has all the specs i was looking for. my only problem is that the wifi sometimes drops because it’s not connected by an ethernet cable. i’m using the wifi adapter that was provided with the pc to connect to the internet. it can be pretty annoying, but as long as it stays connected to the wifi everything is great ! hopefully this lasts me a long time, i’ll connect it to an ethernet cable and see if that stops the wifi dropping. that only happens to this pc btw — i checked all my other devices. customer service was very helpful when i was trying to register my warranty as well. oh, and the delivery took two days !! i’ll try to update this review if anything goes wrong. overall, i do recommend. :) update: one year later and this thing is still going strong! i completely forgot about the wifi dropping issue. i don't know, one day it just stopped so that's great! :)

After my old 990 wouldn't turn on anymore, (lasted 5 years with me refurbished) I needed a new desktop. I thought 2018 probably has computers that were hardly used due to the Covid. I looked online and saw these 7050s that were in my price range. After looking at different sites I went and went with RefurbLane. Being my first time ordering from them I was a bit worried but the reviews were good ( and with so many good ones they seemed legit, the bad reviews were usually because the consumer screwed not RefurbLane. not to repeat other reviewers but this came early and it looks Brand New! If i had known all the accessories were going to match I would have got one with a monitor too. This came from discount computer. CD drive, no SD drive but that's ok i already have an adapter. I also was pretty sure I had ordered an I5( due to what I could afford) and I received an I7! Which is even more Awesome!! So far all the ports are working. No VGA but fortunately I have a T.V. with HDMI i can use until a new monitor arrives. I really needed to upgrade my old hp display anyways
